You Asked, We Answered

Q: I’ve never been to Greenpoint. How will I find my way around?

A: We will have a Map & Guide page, where you will be able to find artists and Info Hubs, where you will be able to find printed maps and booklet guides. We will also be updating our Events page regularly with activities and tours — expect events just as fun this year!

Lastly, while you are here we encourage you to support local and check out our Visitors Info guide of featured places to eat & drink, shop, and hang out!

Q: Will you have any guided tours?
A: We had several tours in 2019, and plan to host guided tours again this year. Check the Events page (coming soon).

Q: What is the sign up deadline?
A: If you do not sign up by May 1st, you may not be included in the printed map guide and brochure but you can still sign up to be on the online map and have an artist profile on our gallery.

$30 early bird sign up (before April 21st), $50 after. Deadline to get on the printed brochure is Monday, May 1st. After that, you can still register to be on the online map and artist gallery.

Q: What hours do I need to open my studio?
A: 12pm-6pm on BOTH Saturday June 10th and Sunday June 11th, 2023.

Q: Do you have any posters or brochures I can download to post online or print out?
A: Yes! We will send an email with a password protected link.

Q: I registered, and my information has changed or I realized I entered the incorrect info after I submitted.
A: Once registered you should have recieved an editable form with your submission and can make changes directly for the website and online map.

For changes to the printed guide, email [email protected] by May 1st. Changes to the printed guide cannot be made after this date.

Q: I’m an artist, and I won’t be in town during those dates. Can I still participate?
A: Someone must be present to host your studio during the hours of 12pm-6pm on June 10th AND 11th, 2023 in order for you to participate in Greenpoint Open Studios.

Q: Ok, I registered. Now what?
A: Get some pieces prepped and your studio ready to host folks during the weekend of June 10 + 11 from 12pm-6pm both days. We will be rolling out an online map and printed brochures as the date approaches, as well as providing you with printable materials. Launch Party and Wrap Party + more. Stay tuned on our site and join our mailing list to get updates!

A: To guarantee a share on Instagram, you can add on the option on your sign up form for a $10 fee.

Q: I’m with the media and would like to cover Greenpoint Open Studios. Do you have any media resources?
A: Yes! Email [email protected] with questions and we will get back to you.

Q: Can I register my gallery or business?
A: Individual artists are qualified to sign up so if you are a gallery, each artist that you are showing must sign up individually. If you are a business displaying artwork, you can register the artists who are showing their work inside your venue.

Q: I’m interested in sponsoring Greenpoint Open Studios and/or interested in using my venue as a space to show art or host an event/artist talk.
A: Awesome! Please email [email protected] and we will be in touch.
