QUESTIONS FROM ART LOVERS
Q: I’ve never been to Greenpoint. How will I find my way around?
A: Check out the Map & Guide page for information how to find artists and Info Hubs, where you will be able to find printed maps and booklet guides. Also take a look at our Events page for a full listing of activities and tours — expect events just as fun this year! Lastly, while you are here support local and check out our Visitors Info guide of featured places to eat & drink, shop, and hang out!
Q: Will you have any guided tours?
A: We had several tours in 2018, and plan to host guided tours again this year. Check the Events page (we will update as we get closer to the date).
QUESTIONS FROM ARTISTS
Q: What is the sign up deadline?
A: The deadline to get on the printed brochure is Friday, May 24th. After that, you can still register to be on the online map and artist gallery.
Q: What hours do I need to open my studio?
A: 12pm-6pm on BOTH Saturday June 8th and Sunday June 9th, 2019.
Q: Do you have any posters or brochures I can download to post online or print out?
A: Yes! We will send an email with a password protected link.
Q: I registered, and my information has changed or I realized I entered the incorrect info after I submitted.
A: Please email us at [email protected] and we can make the changes on our website. The deadline for the printed guide has passed, so your change will not be reflected in the printed guide.
Q: I’m an artist, and I won’t be in town during those dates. Can I still participate?
A: Someone must be present to host your studio during the hours of 12pm-6pm on June 8th AND 9th, 2019 in order for you to participate in Greenpoint Open Studios.
Q: Ok, I registered. Now what?
A: Get some pieces prepped and your studio ready to host folks during the weekend of June 8 + 9 from 12pm-6pm both days. We will be rolling out an online map and printed brochures as the date approaches, as well as providing you with printable materials. Launch Party and Wrap Party + more. Stay tuned on our site and look out for our emails for more info!
Q: How can I get my art featured on your Instagram?
A: Please email [email protected] and we’ll do our best to get you on there. Be advised we’ve received quite a few requests, and may not be able to accommodate everyone.

Q: Who is behind Greenpoint Open Studios?
A: GOS is presented by Greenpointers.com, and run by the local community and volunteers who contribute their time to design, plan and create this amazing event to support North Brooklyn’s grassroots art scene.
