Artist Statement
Leon Reid IV Studio -a 20 year creative practice in Greenpoint -will display his current body of work titled TECH-ART: Soul for technology®. The collection is a critical investigation into the tech revolutions of the early 21st Century. Specifically the impact of social media, smartphones and digital capitalism on human society. Drawings, paintings and sculptures will be on display at his studio located in the iconic 19th Century industrial building at the edge of the Newtown Creek.
