Artist Statement
If one were to shrink down substantially and enter one of my pieces, my hope would be that they would wander around and encounter wondrous, interesting, and pleasurable places to visit. While I mainly use paint to create my work, I will occasionally add other items that bring pieces into more three dimensional space. The occasional clump of thread, a towel scrap, or a cannibalized section from an older piece that needs a new context.
