Artist Statement
Frederick Gladding Kahl is an artist, designer, magician, sword swallower, yogi and inventor/innovator working at the intersection of magic, meditation and shamanism, using plant medicine and digital fabrication technology as inspiration to create meditative works exploring consciousness, the quantum field and spiritual non-duality, the oneness of being. I make work using cast glass and light. I also built a robot that makes drawings.
