Artist Statement

Born in Paraguay and raised on Long Island, Felix moved to NYC to attend Hunter College. There, he studied journalism and art. Since graduating, he has also studied illustration at the School of Visual Arts. Like millions of others, Felix fell in love with the city and now can’t imagine living anywhere else. Felix uses his art to tell personal stories that touch on universal themes. His work often combines autobiographical elements with fantasy, science fiction, and his love for NYC.
