Artist Statement
I am a mixed media artist exploring the intersection between art and craftsmenship. I am fascinated with layering; whether in ink, paint or collage, in between glass or in framing. Most work is made up of fragments of other work. There is balance and an organic feel to the flowing shapes and textures. My desire has always been to inspire the observer to look longer and deeper; to find something interesting and unexpected.
