Artist Statement
Eric Medsker is a photographer and director who creates bold, immersive content focusing on food and beverage stories. Living and working in New York City, Eric collaborates with leading personalities in the hospitality industry on a variety of commercial, editorial and personal projects. After receiving a BFA with distinctions from The School of Visual Arts he went on to do a residency at the Royal College of Arts in London. Through curiosity and a cinematic eye Eric has engaged intimately with the photographic process for more than 20 years. My studio is located next to Bin Bin Sake in Greenpoint and I'll be celebrating my 3 year anniversary this month. The timing for an open studio is perfect!
