Artist Statement

Hannah is an illustrator and ceramicist, originally from The Tweed Shire, Australia, she now finds her home in Brooklyn. She received her Bachelor of Visual Media from Griffith University, Queensland College of Art, Majoring in 3D Design and Minoring in Digital Design and Illustration. She spent too many years working in Film, Video Games and Architecture but now makes ceramics full time. She is the mind and hands behind G’Day Thrillseekers. All her pieces are handmade on the wheel or with traditional hand building techniques, and then hand painted without stencils or transfers.
