Artist Statement

Aviva Zoe is a ceramic artist and environmental educator from New York. She's been working out of Brooklyn and the Hudson Valley community studios since 2021. Their work explores the intersection of nature and storytelling, delving into the expressive possibilities of botanical representation. Through a playful and experimental approach to surface techniques, Aviva creates bold, textural pieces that are both ornamental and functional.
