Artist Statement
Through clay, I explore the connection I have with other human beings and the world around me. There are times I sit down to start my work without sketching or planning what to create. In this process, I allow for my raw emotions and my perspective of the world that day to take form in my hands and organically the clay becomes what it wants to be. Being a plant lover and tea enthusiast, you’ll most likely find many pieces of work correlated to my personal interests.
