Artist Statement

I work with both metal and gemstones. The metal pieces are small sculptural objects that can be worn, and so create a dialogue with the wearer. The gemstones i work with express my fascination with nature and what she creates. My printmaking is based on the excitement of color that I use acrobatically to create pieces that resonate beyond the paper itself.
